Utilities included in rent are water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow removal. Residents will be responsible for electric, gas, internet is $50/month, garage rent is $125/month. This is a non-smoking property and pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a pet deposit of $500/pet and $50/month per pet. A non negotiable $10 technology fee is charged in addition to montly rent.
Lease term length may vary, contact management to discuss options. Applicants are required to complete an online application and approve a background and credit check at a non a non-refundable fee of $55 per applicant.
