Lance is a designer/drafter by trade. He spent 35 years designing many complex systems for different manufacturers in Minnesota. Near the end of his tenure as a designer, he was managing a 50-year crew building walking floor trailers. His attention to detail is founded in his everyday way of thinking, and he brings that to the real estate industry as well.
Lance oversees everything that happens on the day-to-day side of management. He is also an investor and realtor in Minnesota who specializes in mobile home parks and smaller-town investments, and he can assist with buying and selling properties as well.
Heidi brings a vision of passion to the team for the residents as she helps them navigate through the rental world to help them feel at home. Heidi takes great pride in the details and can assist with all of the day-to-day details of the management world. When Heidi is not assisting the residents with all of their needs, she can be found traveling with her family.
Jay oversees all of the maintenance for Dwell Management Group. Jay brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having been in the property management business for over ten years. Jay brings the perfect balance of being able to troubleshoot countless issues over the phone with tenants and knowing when we need a vendor on the job to complete the task.
Working with over 110 vendors through multiple cities, Jay is able to help our residents resolve all of their maintenance issues. Jay is also able to bring a calming sense to stressful situations with his sense of humor that everyone enjoys and appreciates.
When Jay is not making everyone laugh at work, he can be found spending time with his family and mudding with his friends out in the woods.
Sarah is the face of the organization to our prospecting residents in the Rochester area. Sarah has a background in patient care, and her compassion and ability show through in her ability to multi-task and help people through the navigation process of finding the perfect residence. Sarah can be found hanging out with furry friends when she is not at work.
Lydia comes to us from the business world. She has vast experience with running businesses and is the go-to person for all of our accounting and HR needs. Lydia takes pride in being able to handle the business ends of Dwell Management Group with no task too small or too large. She brings a steady hand to make sure that all of the day-to-day items are in order. She can be found hanging out with her friends and family and ice fishing in the winter months!
Heidi is an invaluable asset to the Austin team. She has a great passion to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Bringing a vast knowledge of project management, Heidi oversees all of the day-to-day management of the Austin properties and maintenance coordination. During her downtime, you can find her hanging out with her family and friends.
